If you are worried your order has not arrived, please follow the below steps to help us deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

1. Confirm that your payment was successful and the date of transaction.
2. Please allow 7 working days for delivery from date of transaction.
3. If 7 working days have passed, email sales@smartplates.co.uk including your POST CODE and REGISTRATION NUMBER.
4. We will aim to reply to your email within 48 hours.
5. If you have not had a reply within 48 hours, please re-submit your enquiry

It is very important you include your registration number and post code, as we use these details to locate your payment on our system.
